I mean, look at me. I started at age 45, barely reaching down to my toes and farting in the process.

Yoga is not for the flexible, it’s for the willing

Starting at 45 made me realize you can start anytime, any day, and at any age with yoga.

Even when you’re as stiff as Joe Biden’s speeches.

I learned this from doing the practice (almost) every morning for ten years straight.

What is Yoga?

Yoga in Sanskrit is to balance, to control.

It consists mainly of a series of exercises performed on a small mat. There are many Yoga schools, like the popular Vinyasa or the Ashtanga, that, for some people, become a complete lifestyle.

Yoga is considered a spiritual practice.
